Sgt. Simpson responded to Boulder Drive in reference to theft of services. The complainant said that a contractor nearby was running a water hose from her property to his construction site. The contractor and sub-contractor were notified that the complainant did not want them using her water. They removed the hose and advised such activity would not happen again.

Deputy Moseley responded to Timothy Circle in reference to criminal trespass. The complainant stated that a visitor to her neighbor’s home drives through the complainant’s yard to get to the house and leaves ruts in the yard. The offender has also run over a water main. A witness to the damage had the offender’s tag number. The offender’s name was traced using the tag number, but the subject could not be contacted at the time.
