The organization is sponsoring the first Folk Arts Festival in Clinton Oct. 6 and needs artists, quilters, blacksmiths, musicians, and other performers to make the event a success.
Chairman Mae Thurston said groups and individuals are needed for the one-day festival and guidelines and applications are available by emailing her, maethurston@yahoo.com.
