Darius Dontrell Stewart was arrested May 19, 2011, for four counts of entering auto and was released on a $7,500 bond. He was in Jones County Superior Court Dec. 13 for a violation of that bond.
Assistant District Attorney Keagan Waystack told the court that Stewart violated his bond when he was arrested Aug. 17, for charges of taking drugs across guard lines and possession of marijuana.
She asked his bond be revoked.
According to a report of the crime that occurred May 11, 2011, the incident took place in the parking lot of Jones County High School. As victims returned to their cars after classes that afternoon, they realized items were missing from their vehicles.
