The gates will open at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 8, and the fair will continue through Saturday, Oct. 12. Ticket prices remain the same as last year with adult admission $5, students ages 6-18 pay $2, and children under 6 are admitted free. Every night is Family Night, and the $18 price of an armband allows the wearer to ride all they want until the gates close.
The midway is once again provided by Dixieland Carnival.
Anyone interested in having a booth inside the building or outside on the grounds can pick up an application at the Chamber of Commerce or The Jones County News. Applications are also available on the Jones County Lions Club Facebook page or via email, firstname.lastname@example.org. The Facebook page will have daily fair updates, including any price changes and weather updates.
The fair is held at the Lions Club fairgrounds located on Highway 18 East, about a mile from downtown Gray.
