Read moreIn these uncertain times when pro baseball players and owners can’t agree on when or if to start a shortened season, and when other sports are still on hold or playing in empty arenas due to COVID-19, there is some baseball and softball being played right here in Jones County. The Jones County National League boys and girls have been playing since the start of June. The photos in today’s edition were made one day last week at the Morris Bank Recreation Complex off of Ga. Hwy. 18 East. The kids and parents all seemed to be having a wonderful time.
