Nov. 15, 1939 - June 8, 2019

GRAY: Neva Rotruck Gattie, 79, of 747 Monticello Highway, died Saturday, June 8 at a local hospital. The family will greet friends from 1:00 p.m - 2:00 p.m., Thursday, June 13 at Gray Memorial Chapel in Gray. Funeral services will follow in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Bob Hamilton officiating. Interment will be at Cedar Ridge Cemetery in Gray.

Mrs. Gattie was born November 15, 1939, in Martin, West Virginia and had lived in Jones County for the past 35 years. She was the daughter of the late Otis Maynard Rotruck and Marchie Agnes Durr Rotruck. Mrs. Gattie was a retired registered nurse and was preceded in death by a sister, Myrna Rotruck and her husband, Barney Gattie.

Mrs. Gattie is survived by her children, Annetta (Brent) Bowden, Marsha Walk (Kevin) Carroll, Robert (Elaine) Walk, Joanna Hughes, and Leonard Allen (Gwen)Walk; 14 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions may be made to Knobley Church of the Brethren, 324 Feaster Lane, New Creek, West Virginia 26743.
