State vs. Sherry Lee Dugger – 20 years for the offense of burglary in first degree with the first 180 days to be served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation. Defendant shall pay $4,500 in restitution.

PROBATION MODIFICATIONS

State vs. Samantha Lynn Evans – enter and complete Bibb County Drug Court Program as previously ordered by the court. She is to return to active supervision as originally ordered. All conditions now special.

State vs. James Melvin Benton – complete two community based support meetings per week for 90 days. All conditions now special.

State vs. Steven Christopher Hill – two years revoked to the state penal system. Upon service of two years, he is to return to probation supervision as originally

ordered. Credit for time served from Aug. 24, 2017. All conditions now special.

State vs. Terry Lee Whitehead – revoked in full to state penal system. All conditions now special.

State vs. Michael Allen Hodges – offender is to enter and complete six months inpatient treatment at New Beginnings for Men in Dublin.

State vs. Jadon Malik Clark – 30 days to be served in the Jones County jail, with credit for time served. To be released at the discretion of the sheriff. All conditions now special.

State vs. Clayton Pender – probationer’s probation is revoked in full to the penal system.

State vs. John Gillespe – 270 days in the Wilkinson County jail to be suspended upon entry into the Georgia Department of Corrections Residential Inpatient Substance Abuse Treatment Center for a designed length of stay, abiding by all rules and regulations of the center. Upon completion of RSAT program, defendant will complete all required aftercare and will return to probation supervision as originally ordered. Suspended upon entry into the Christian Family Center for designed length of stay, following all rules and regulations of the center. Upon completion, return to regular probation as originally ordered.

State vs. Nicole Leah Malone – 60 days to be served in the Jones County jail with credit for time served, to be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, she is to enter and complete outpatient treatment at River Edge. All conditions now special.

State vs. Travis Shane Lathon – revoke 45 days of offender’s probation to the Jones County jail, to be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, offender shall return to regular probation supervision as originally ordered.
