PLEAS AUG. 16

State vs. Trevor Joseph Rozar – 12 months ct. 1: DUI less safe drugs, 2 years ct. 2: VGCSA possession schedule IV drug, 3 years ct. 3: VGCSA possession schedule II drug and ct. 4: VGCSA possession schedule III drug, and 12 months ct. 5: VGCSA possession marijuana less than ounce. Counts 1, 2, and 5 to run concurrently, counts 3 and 4 to run concurrently but consecutively with count 2 for a total of 5 years. Upon service of 10 days in confinement, the remainder of sentence may be served on probation.

State vs. Jonathan Michael Eddy – 3 years for the offense of possession of methamphetamine. Sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Michael Ray Beeland – 12 months each cts. 1 & 2: forgery in fourth degree. Counts to run consecutively for a total of 24 months. Sentence to be served on probation.

PROBATION MODIFICATIONS AUG. 16

State vs. Marquis Bernard Lucas – 1 year revoked to the state penal system. Upon service of 1 year, he is to return to probation supervision as originally ordered. All

State vs. Rashaad Lamont Morrris – 60 days in the Jones County jail suspended upon entry into a state probation detention center for 180 days, abiding by all rules and regulations of the center. Upon release, defendant will return to probation supervision as originally ordered. All conditions special.

State vs. Jessie Jackson Hobby III – credit for time served. All conditions special.

State vs. Morgan Taylor Massey – 30 days in the Jones County jail. Release at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, defendant will return to active supervision. The defendant will remain on active supervision for 3 years. All conditions special.

State vs. Christina Nicole Hood – 270 days in the Jones County jail suspended upon entry into the Georgia Department of Corrections Residential Inpatient Substance Abuse Treatment Program for a designed length of stay, abiding by all rules and regulation of the center. Upon completion of the RSAT program, defendant will complete all required aftercare and will return to probation supervision as originally ordered. All conditions now special.

State vs. Amy Dee Freeman – 90 days in the Jones County LEC with credit for time served as determined by the custodian. Released at the discretion of the sheriff. Restitution to be paid to the JCSO in the amount of $122.85. All conditions now special.

PLEAS AUG. 17

State vs. Jeremy Jamel Richardson – 12 months for the offense of forgery in the fourth degree. Upon service of 30 days in confinement, the remainder of sentence may be served on probation.

State vs. Keyhon Lavern Allen – 20 years for the offense of VGCSA possession schedule I drug with intent to distribute with the first 270 days to be served in the Jones County Law Enforcement Center. May be released at the discretion of the sheriff. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Keith Shepard Taylor – 3 years for the offense of VGCSA possession of schedule II non-narcotic drug with the first 90 days to be served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation.
