Driver pleads guilty in DQ armed robbery

The second defendant pled guilty in the December Dairy Queen armed robbery, leaving two defendants remaining potentially to stand trial next month.

Allison Jana Renfroe entered a guilty plea in Jones County Superior Court July 20 and received a total sentence of 25 years with 10 years to serve.

As part of plea negotiations, she was allowed to plea to the lesser-included offense of robbery by force, which opens up the possibility of parole.

Renfroe was indicted April 12 with co-defendants Kadarian Hunter, Demario Tyrese Bonner and Stormy Dawn Jones.
