Butler’s Garage to be used for Christmas event

The November meeting of Gray’s City Council was brief in length but took care of necessary business items previously hashed out in city committees.

The Nov. 6 meeting was led by Mayor Pro Tem Ed Barbee in the absence of Mayor Stephen Tingen.

Following approval of the agenda, minutes of previous meetings, and accounts payable, Main Street Gray Manager Haley Watson gave her monthly report.

Watson said the City Lights and Hallowed Nights event was attended by more than 3,000 people.

“It was a great combined event,” she said.
