HADDOCK: Deborah Jean Davis Massengale, age 66, of Haddock, passed away Tuesday, June 23. Memorial services were conducted Saturday, June 27 at 11 a.m. at Masters Touch Ministries. The Rev. Eddie Braswell officiated. Visitation was from 10:30 a.m. until the service hour at the church.

Monte Gerald Williams

JONES COUNTY: Monte Gerald Williams, 44, passed away Wednesday, June 17 at a local hospice facility. Monte grew up on Frank Foster Road, but had resided in a group home belonging to The Arc-Macon since 2012. His family greeted friends on Friday at Gray Memorial Chapel. A celebration of his life was observed at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 20, graveside at Pitts Chapel United Methodist Church in Jones County. Rev. John Haney officiated.
