PROBATION MODIFICATIONS PLEAS
State vs. Christopher Draven Rozier - 12 months for the lesser included offense of simple assault. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 6/16 - 8/13/26.
State vs. Johnny Anthony Burney - two years for the offense of possession methamphetamine. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served from 7/11/26.
State vs. Samantha Dawn Duthill - three years for the offense of possession methamphetamine. Defendant shall receive credit for time served toward her confinement time since 3/27/24.
State vs. Shanica Hiyawnna Lynn - 21 days each ct. 1: speeding, ct. 3: possession marijuana less than ounce, ct. 4: giving false information to law enforcement officer, 12 months ct. 2: driving while license suspended. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 12 months with the first 21 days served in confinement and the remainder served on probation. Credit for time served 2/25/23 and 7/25/26.
State vs. Matthew Eric Kitchens - 60 days each cts. 1-4: forgery in fourth degree. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 60 days.
Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served from 7/22/26.
State vs. Dekanda Worthy - defendant ordered to serve 120 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served since 6/10/26.
He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision.
State vs. Cameron Josiah Day - defendant ordered to enter and complete 12-month inpatient substance abuse treatment program approved by DCS. He shall abide by all rules and regulations of the program, including any after care. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision.
He shall remain in custody until bed space becomes available.
State vs. Dayne Gary Billie - he shall receive credit for time served since 7/6/26. He shall be released at the sheriff’s discretion. Further, he is ordered to pay the remaining balance of fines and fees in the amount of $4,181 and shall remain in custody until payment is received. Upon receipt of payment, the balance of probation shall be terminated.
Sentence end date 11/13/32.
State vs. Johnny Anthony Burney - defendant ordered to complete a 12-month inpatient substance abuse treatment program at We are Living Proof, following all rules and regulations of the program including any aftercare deemed necessary. He shall remain in custody until bedspace is available. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision until further order of the court.
State vs. Jessica Renee Wright - defendant shall serve 30 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served since 8/4/26, suspended upon payment of restitution.
She shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, she shall enter and complete the Matrix program, following all rules and regulations. She shall return to regular probation supervision.
State vs. Samantha Dawn Duthill - defendant’s balance on probation revoked to the state penal system. Sentence end date 7/14/27.
Defendant’s conditional discharge is also revoked.
State vs. Pamela Leitha Gidden - defendant ordered to serve 30 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served since 7/31/26.
She shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, she shall return to regular probation supervision.
State vs. Earnest Lee Morgan - defendant sentenced to credit for time served in the Jones County jail. He shall return to regular probation supervision until further order of the court and cannot be placed on unsupervised status without approval of this court.
