How publicized is the superintendent hiring process?
In my observation, the hiring process has not been well publicized. That needs to change.
If elected, I will push for all job postings to be widely advertised — on the school system’s website, through local media, and within the community — so that every qualified candidate has a fair and equal opportunity to apply.
