Grit keys Volley Hounds to split with ACE, Veterans

    As the PSR rankings go, the Volley Hounds so far are among the top 10 teams in the GHSA’s AAAAA classification.

    Last Thursday showed why. Jones County, which is 16-4 as of the end of last week, bounced back nicely after the first half of a tri-match against Veterans before a sweep of ACE.

    JCHS hosts Northside and Howard on Thursday and opens region play Sept.
