What: Book Sale When: Sat., Sept. 12, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Where: Jones County Pre-K building E, 173 Railroad Street Gray, GA.

More info: Jones County Friends of the Library will have their monthly book sale. We have books for all ages, $1.00 and $.50. Some children books are 5 for $1.00. All proceeds go to the Jones County Library. We have a book sale every second Saturday.

Marion St., Eatonton More Info: Join veterans and fellow citizens to honor and remember lives lost and heroes who served during the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks against America. Several speakers to be featured, with live music and other tributes planned.

This free concert will feature a dynamic performance by John Dunn & the Jazzman Band, bringing together the best of R&B, soul, and funk. Bring your lawn chairs, coolers, and dancing shoes. Vendors open at 6 p.m. with music beginning at 7 p.m.
