The Greyhounds announced the latest assistant coach to come aboard prior to spring practice getting underway April 19.
Trent Cook is headed to Gray, where he’ll coach the Greyhounds offensive line. With Cook’s hiring, Jones County will now have five new assistants on staff, three on the offensive side of the ball.
