The Greyhounds and Lady Greyhounds have their new head basketball coaches.
Both hires were announced Tuesday night with Takeo Gray being tapped as the Lady Greyhounds' head coach with Willie Reese taking the helm for the Greyhounds.
Gray's arrival will be a homecoming. He's a 1998 JCHS graduate and comes back to coach from the sidelines for the purple and gold after a previous stint at Jones County as an assistant. He was most recently on staff at Westside Macon.
In addition to leading multiple teams deep into postseason play as a high school head coach, Reese will bring experience as a player and coach at Georgia Tech. He was on the Yellow Jackets' 1985 ACC championship team and an assistant for the 2004 team that was the national runner-up.
