Basketball teams wrap up fall league tourney slate on Saturday

    The official start of basketball season is still a few weeks away with the first day of actual practice allowed by the GHSA being Oct. 21.

    But that does not mean there’s a lack of work going on around the hardwood in Jones County. The Greyhounds and Lady Greyhounds will host the final Saturday of a multi-week fall league tournament on Saturday. Other teams have included Westside, Northeast, Lamar C…
