Candlelight Vigil

Wednesday, Oct. 30, 6:00 p.m. at Carol’s Park, 110 S. Jefferson Street. The community is invited to honor victims of domestic violence and their families to take a stand against abuse in the community for Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Sponsored by Crisis Line and Safe House of Central Georgia, Gray-Jones Chamber and Wesley Audio. If it rains, this event will be canceled.

Syrup Makin’ Time 35th Annual Event

Saturday, Nov. 2, 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Jarrell Plantation State Historic Site, 711 Jarrell Plantation Road, Juliette.

CASA Training

Ocmulgee Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) will hold new volunteer training on Mondays and Wednesdays in November, from 1-4 pm, in Eatonton.
