The back end of the boys’ soccer season, loaded with matches against region foes, starts Feb. 28 when the Greyhounds play at Hampton and then Woodland on March 4.
The time leading into that is key for Jones County, as it works to find the best on-field combinations.
The Greyhounds began the season last week, taking on Jackson and Putnam County in 7-0 and 4-0 losses.
