Charles Steven Sightler, Jr., age 41, of Gray, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, July 11, 2024.

Born on May 4, 1983, in Macon, Georgia, Charles lived a life full of love, laughter, and passion. A Celebration of Life was held on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, with a 10:00 a.m. visitation and a 11:00 a.m. service at Calvary Baptist Church, 4364 Upper River Road, Gray, GA 31032, officiated by Rev. Danny Mundy. Steven had a free-spirited nature and infectious humor that brought joy to all who knew him.

Steven had a deep love for his daughter, Madison, and cherished his family and friends. He found immense joy in fishing and was known for his lighthearted approach to life. His ability to make others laugh and his role as the life of the party were hallmarks of his personality. He took extraordinary pride in his work and was known for being hilarious, handy, creative, loving, and kind-hearted.

He is survived by his parents, Charles S.

Sightler, Sr. and Pam C. Sightler; his beloved daughter, Madison Sightler; and his siblings, April (Kam) Thalongsengchanh, and Haley (Adam) Gaskins. He also leaves behind his nieces and nephews; Hayden, Kamber, Keagan, Baylee, and Laythan, as well as many uncles, aunts, and cousins. Steven was preceded in death by his grandparents, Johnny and Betty Jean Colvin, and Charles and Joyce Sightler.
