Roy Allen Mannering, 59, passed away April 20, 2024, at a local hospital. A memorial service will be private at a later date.
Mr. Mannering was born in Louisville, KY to the late Worley Daniel Mannering and Sarah Katherine Merideth Mannering. He was a lead cashier for the Walthall Oil Company. Mr.
Mannering was preceded in death by his stepson, Shannon Hester. He loved his friends and coworkers and will be remembered as a friend who would give you the shirt off his back.
Mr. Mannering is survived by his brother, John (Sheila) Mannering; sister, Norma Jean Priddy; stepsons, Robert, James, and Billy Jack Hester; step grandchild, Nicole Hester and many nieces and nephews also survive.
