The Sugar Bowl – also a College Football Playoff quarterfinal game – has been postponed due to safty issues surrounding Wednesday morning's attack in New Orleans that is being called a terror attack by federal officials.
According to ESPN, players for both teams were to shelter in place in their hotels for the remainder of Wednesday.
The game will now be played Thursday at 4 p.m. and will air on ESPN.
