City officials take oaths with new council member

    Gray’s Mayor and Council were sworn in and took care of all the first of the year business at their January meeting.

    The first order of business was the oath of office for Mayor Ed Barbee given by Probate Judge Lewis Patterson. That was followed by the oath for Mayor Pro Tem James Collins and then councilmen David Tufts, Ikea Simmons, Terrell Fulford and Terry Favors.
