What a good night to be a Pilot at the October meeting! We welcomed Lt. Governor Donna MacPherson, who updated us on upcoming events and opportunities. Esther Foster initiated six of our eight new members: Jennifer Findlay, Casey Gallagher, Julie Gallagher, Jane House, Melissa Skinner, and Tracy Woods. The two new members, who were unable to come, are Helen Boyer and Joy Carr. Following the initiation, Fay Mathews, recognized Debbie Scarbrough, our 2024-2025, PI Ambassador. Debbie has been and continues to be an outstanding Pilot, not only in service, but also in the preparation of our meals. Thank you, Debbie, and congratulations!
We want to thank all Pilots who brought items from the list for Hurricane victims. Beth Coon, Kathy Jackson, Fay and Bill Mathews took those supplies to Mount Zion Baptist Church, and from there, they were delivered to south and west Georgia victims of Hurricane Helene.
