State vs. Jason Robert Moss – $150 fine ct. 3: Jones County Ordinance 14-2.1, $200 fine ct. 4: Jones County Ordinance 14-4, 12 months ct. 5: criminal trespass. Sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Lorenzo Jerome Stewart Sr. – 15 days each ct. 1: tag light violation, ct. 2: operation of unregistered vehicle, ct. 3: driving with expired license. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 15 days. Credit for time served from 12/31/24.

State vs. Byron Keith Grantham – 5 days for the offense of criminal trespass.

State vs. Reginald Bernard Jackson Jr. – 30 days for the offense of theft by shoplifting. Credit for time served from 12/11/24.

State vs. Chandris Ryyannt Harris – three years ct. 1: possession methamphetamine, 12 months ct. 2: driving while license suspended. Counts to run concurrently for a total of three years with the first 30 days served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served from 12/12/24.

State vs. Danny Eugene Johnson – three years for the offense of theft by taking. Sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Quadir Ryqueeb Lawrence – 10 years ct. 1: possession marijuana more than ounce, 5 years ct. 3: theft by receiving stolen property. Counts to run consecutively for a total of 15 years with the first two years served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served from 3/6/24.

State vs. Quntavious Swon Marion – 30 days for the offense of possession of marijuana less than ounce. Credit for time served from 12/21/24.

State vs. Tyron Vonterra Volley – 10 years each cts. 1-2: identity fraud. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 10 years.

Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served from 4/25/24.

State vs. Dwayne Louis Anderson – one year for the offense of theft by taking. Credit for time served from 1/15/24.

State vs. Heather Nicole Simmons – three years for the offense of possession methamphetamine. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served from 1/15/25.

State vs. Maurice Sharod Turner – three years for the offense of possession cocaine.

Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served from 12/18/24.

PROBATION MODIFICATIONS

State vs. Travis Fletcher – defendant ordered to serve 12 months in the Jones County jail with credit for time served from 12/9/24. Defendant shall be released at the discretion of the Sheriff. Sentence to terminate upon release. All conditions now special.

State vs. Keedrick Deanthony Malik Washington – defendant ordered to serve 60 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served from 12/18/24. Defendant shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, defendant shall return to probation supervision as previously ordered. End date 12/20/2032. All conditions now special.

State vs. Brandon Storm Hales - defendant ordered to serve 180 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served from 9/18/24. Defendant shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, defendant shall return to probation supervision as previously ordered. End date 4/1/2035. All conditions now special.

State vs. Jasmyn Lynn Dye - defendant ordered to serve 30 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time already served in jail.

She shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. She shall return to probation supervision as previously ordered State vs. Jonathan Paul Snellgrove – defendant ordered to serve 90 days in a probation detention center, credit starting 1/14/25.

Defendant shall follow all rules of center.

Upon release, defendant shall return to active probation supervision.

State vs. Atravious Ahmon Duncan – defendant ordered to serve 30 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served from 12/30/24. Defendant shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, the defendant shall remain on active probation supervision for the remainder of his probation sentence. End date 8/9/2025.

State vs. Richie Glover – defendant ordered to serve 90 – 120 days in a probation detention center. He shall abide by all rules and regulations of facility. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision. Credit for time served starts 1/16/25.

State vs. Quadir Ryqueeb Lawrence – defendant adjudicated guilty and resentenced to 15 years probation with credit for time already served on probation of the first offender sentence. Defendant is further ordered to serve two years in the state penal system with credit for time served in jail from 3/6/24. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision.

State vs. Michael Cromer – defendant’s probation revoked one year to the state prison system. Upon release, defendant’s probation shall terminate.

State vs. William Edward Delong Jr. – defendant ordered to serve 160 days in the probation detention center. Defendant shall remain in the Jones County jail until entry into program and shall follow all rules and regulation of program. Credit for PDC time begins 1/16/25. Upon release, defendant shall remain on active probation supervision for two years. Probation end date 5/2/2027. All conditions now special.

State vs. Jamie Lee Shirah – defendant ordered to credit for time served in Jones County jail since 12/27/24. Upon release, defendant shall remain on active probation supervision until case expires 10/29/2026.

All conditions now special.

State vs. Calvin Brown – defendant ordered to serve 20 days in the Jones County jail.

Upon release, he shall enroll in the Matrix Program and River’s Edge drug classes. He shall abide by the rules of both programs.

Upon completion, he shall return to active probation supervision until case expires.
