State vs. Christopher Ryan Yates – adjudicated guilty and sentenced to three years ct. 1: theft by taking, 12 months ct. 2: speeding.
Counts to run concurrently for a total of three years with the first 120 days served in the Jones County jail. Credit for time served from 10/22/24. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Dustin Randall Josey – adjudicated guilty and sentenced to three years each ct. 1: crossing guard lines with drugs, ct. 2: possession methamphetamine, ct. 3: possession schedule IV controlled substance. Counts to run concurrently for a total of three years. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time previously served and monies paid on sentence.
State vs. Temarcus Quamaine Cheely – 12 months for the offense of simple battery.
Credit for time served from 1/28/24.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Dustin Randall Josey – defendant adjudicated guilty and re-sentenced to three years probation with credit for time served for first offender sentence.
Defendant ordered to serve 120 days in a state probation detention center. Credit toward detention center time starts 1/30/25. Upon completion, he shall return to probation supervision as previously ordered and remain on active supervision for the remainder of case. Defendant shall also enroll and complete the Matrix program.
State vs. James Augustus Price - defendant ordered to serve 30 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served since 1/7/25. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision. He shall also enter and complete the Matrix class upon release. He shall not be placed on unsupervised for two years.
State vs. Richard James McDonald – defendant ordered to serve 180 days in the Jones County jail, and shall be given credit for time served since 12/15/24. Defendant shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, he shall not be placed on unsupervised probation status for two years. End date 1/24/2030. All conditions now special (two cases, same resolution, end date of second sentence 12/26/2029).
State vs. John Wesley Wright – defendant ordered to serve 90 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served since 1/15/25. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision.
State vs. Charles Ryan White – defendant shall be ordered to serve 30 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served since 1/9/25. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. He will complete the Matrix class and attend two AA meetings per week for six months. He shall not be placed on unsupervised for two years.
State vs. Henry Thomas Redd – defendant sentenced to credit for time served (183 days) in the Jones County jail. Upon release, defendant must immediately report to the VA for evaluation and possible inpatient treatment if recommended by the VA. Defendant must attend all VA appointments and take all prescribed medications. Defendant shall not drive and must live with his sister.
State vs. Timothy Uraine Bell – defendant ordered to serve 30 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served.
He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. He shall return to probation supervision. All conditions now special.
State vs. Kenneth Trent Bing – defendant ordered to serve 120 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time already served in jail. He shall return to probation supervision as previously ordered.
State vs. William Aaron Johnson – defendant is ordered to serve 30 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time already served in jail. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. He shall return to probation supervision and complete the Matrix program with the Georgia Department of Community Supervision.
Furthermore, the defendant must enroll in FVIP within seven days of release. All conditions now special.
State vs. Christopher Ryan White – defendant adjudicated guilty and re-sentenced to three years probation with credit for time served on probation for the first offender sentence. Defendant is further ordered to serve 120 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served in jail. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff.
State vs. Travis Rutland – defendant ordered to serve 120 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served since 1/13/25 and shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, defendant shall complete a substance abuse assessment within two weeks and comply with any recommendations for assessment.
Defendant shall not be placed on unsupervised probation for at least two years. End date 2/4/2034. All conditions now special.
