PLEAS FEB. 24
State vs. Devondrae Marquez Harper – three years each ct. 1: possession marijuana with intent to distribute, ct. 2: possession methamphetamine. Counts to run concurrently for a total of three years. Credit for time served from 7/18/24 – 2/24/25.
State vs. Jawara Beard – one year for the offense of possession cocaine. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Walter James Archer – two years ct.
1: possession firearm by convicted felon, 12 months ct. 2: possession marijuana less than ounce. Counts to run concurrently for a total of two years. Credit for time served from 8/6/24 – 8/7/24. Remainder of sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Nicholas Terrell Dillard – 20 years for the lesser included offense of possession methamphetamine with intent to distribute with the first two years served in confinement. Serve time suspended upon entry and successful completion of RSAT.
State vs. Gerard Joseph – four years ct. 1: aggravated assault, 12 months each cts. 2-5: cruelty to children in 3rd degree. Counts to run concurrently for a total of four years.
State vs. Amy Crane – five years for the lesser included offense of cruelty to children 2nd degree. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. William Bernard Mercer – five years ct. 1: sexual battery against child under 16, four years ct. 2: sexual battery child under 16. Counts to run consecutively for a total of nine years. Defendant to receive time in custody from 1/12/25. Defendant shall also receive credit for all moneys paid and time served previously on this sentence since 2/19/17.
State vs. Deon Benard Choates – 40 days for the offense of disorderly conduct.
State vs. Lodohnx Lenhardt – 12 months for the offense of homicide by vehicle 2nd degree. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served in custody 6/10/24 – 6/13/24.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS MARCH 6
State vs. John Wayne Childers – defendant’s probation is revoked 10 years to the state prison system. Furthermore, all conditions now special.
State vs. Frederick Lyman Rahn – defendant order to serve 30 days in the Jones County jail. Upon completion, he shall return to regularly probation supervision as previously ordered.
State vs. Heather Bishop – defendant is ordered to enter and successfully complete the Ocmulgee Judicial Circuit ATCC Program. Defendant shall abide by all rules and conditions of program. Defendant is a remains under probation supervision as previously ordered until further order of this court. All conditions now special.
Sate vs. Adam Harlen Sindell – defendant ordered to serve 30 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served since 2/28/25. Defendant shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, defendant shall remain on active probation supervision for two years. End date 5/31/38.

State vs. John Wesley Arnold – two years of the defendant’s probation shall be revoked to the state penal system. Defendant given credit for time served since 1/9/25. Upon release, defendant shall return to active probation supervision for two years. End date 4/29/2033. All conditions now special.
State vs. Tammy Seabrooks – defendant ordered to serve 180 days in the Jones County jail, receiving credit for time served since 1/9/25. She shall be released at the discretion fo the sheriff. Upon release, the balance on probation shall be terminated.
Sentence end date 4/16/26.
State vs. Jamale Taylor – defendant ordered to serve 30 days in the Jones County jail, receiving credit for time served since 3/1/25. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision.
