PLEAS
State vs. Matthew John Tenny – 12 months for the offense of stalking with the first 30 days served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served from 3/20/25.
State vs. Ricky Craig King – six months for the offense of theft by shoplifting. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Michael Shane Upshaw – three years for the offense of possession methamphetamine. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Angela Clarice Hester – one year for the offense of financial transaction card fraud. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 6/11/2020 – 6/11/2020 and 3/10 – 4/10/25.
State vs. John Stewart Wright – two years for the offense of possession methamphetamine. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served from 1/8/25 – 4/10/25.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Donald Blakley Burnham Jr. – defendant shall receive credit for time served since 3/19/25. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision. He shall also enroll in a family violence intervention program within two weeks of release.
State vs. Danny Eugene Johnson – defendant ordered to serve 90 days in the probation detention center. Defendant shall follow all rules and regulations of the program and remain in the Jones County jail until entry into program. Defendant’s PDC time begins 4/10/25. Upon release, defendant shall remain on active probation supervision until otherwise ordered by the court. End date 5/14/26. All conditions now special.
State vs. Walter Hullender Holmes – defendant shall enter and complete a 12-month substance abuse treatment program at Next Step Recovery, following all rules and regulations of the program, including any aftercare recommended.
He shall remain in custody until bedspace becomes available. Upon release, defendant shall return to active probation as previously ordered.
State vs. Anthony Lee Dawley – defendant shall receive credit for time served. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff.
Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision. Defendant shall remain on active supervision for at least two years.
State vs. Eric Brandon Greene – defendant ordered to enter into and successfully complete the residential substance abuse treatment program, followed by aftercare. Defendant shall follow all rules and regulations of program. Defendant shall remain in the Jones County jail until entry into program. Upon release, defendant shall remain on active probation supervision until otherwise ordered by the court. End date 8/9/2029. All conditions now special.
State vs. David Allen Prather – defendant’s probation shall be revoked one year to the Jones County jail. Defendant shall be given credit for time already served in the Jones County jail since 1/8/25. Upon release, defendant shall return to active probation supervision until otherwise ordered by the court. End date 10/21/2033. Upon release, defendant shall enroll in and complete the Matrix program. He shall follow all rules of the program. All conditions now special.
State vs. David Allen Prather – defendant’s probation balance revoked to the Jones County jail. Defendant shall be given credit for time served in the Jones County jail since 1/8/25. End date 3/17/26.
State vs. Amanda Leigh Hubby – defendant shall serve 180 days in the Jones County jail. Credit shall start 4/10/25. She shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff.
Upon release, she shall enroll in the Matrix program.
State vs. Neila Danielle Lavender – defendant ordered to serve 100 days in the Jones County jail and be ordered to pay $200 to her probation supervision. The defendant shall be given credit for time serve in the Jones County jail since 1/6/25 and shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff.
Upon release, defendant shall remain on active probation supervision the remainder of her probation supervision. End date 2/15/26. Probation terminates upon release from jail and payment of $200. All conditions now special.
