State vs. Richard Darnell Grimes – three years for the offense of possession methamphetamine. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 7/11/24 – 7/15/24 and 5/16/25 – 5/22/25.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Kenneth Trent Bing – defendant ordered to serve 120 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time already served in jail. Defendant’s probation shall terminate upon release.
State vs. Damian Terrell Harvey – defendant ordered to serve 60 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time already served in jail. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. He shall return to probation supervision as previously ordered. He shall obtain a substance abuse assessment within two weeks of release.
