State vs. Kenneth Bernard Wilson – 12 months for the offense of possession marijuana less than ounce. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served from 3/26/25 – 3/25/25.
State vs. Jordan Lauge Marsh – 12 months each ct. 1: battery, ct. 2: affray. Counts to run consecutively for a total of 24 months.
Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served from 4/29/25 – 5/21/25.
State vs. Keldrick Tearrelle Rivers – 90 days for the offense of simple battery. Credit for time served from 5/21/25.
State vs. Douglas Ty Richardson Sr. – five years ct. 1: Lesser included offense of cruelty to children in second degree, 12 months ct.
2: simple battery family violence. Counts to run concurrently for a total of five years with the first 12 months served in the Jones County jail. Credit for time served from 1/26/25 – 6/5/25. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Stanley Phillip Wesson – three years ct. 1: possession methamphetamine, 12 months each ct. 2: fleeing or attempting to elude police officer, ct. 3: DUI less safe drugs. Counts 1 & 3 to run consecutively with ct. 2 for a total of three years with the first 12 months served in the Jones County jail. Credit for time served from 2/23/25 – 6/5/25. Remainder of sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Shawana D. Anthony – five years for the offense of exploitation and intimidation of disabled adult, elder person or resident.
Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served from 4/27/25 – 6/5/25.
State vs. Terry Lee Barefoot – three years ct. 1: possession methamphetamine, 12 months ct. 2: possession marijuana less than ounce. Counts to run concurrently for a total of three years. Credit for time served from 4/25/25. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Christian Orlando Gonzalez – 10 years ct. 1: possession marijuana with intent to distribute, 25 years ct.2: lesser included offense of trafficking methamphetamine tier 2. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 25 years with the first 15 years served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served from 9/30/24 – 6/5/25. Sentence includes a $1 million fine.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Wesley Dean Davis - defendant shall serve 120 days in the state probation detention center with credit for PDC time beginning 6/5/25. Upon release, defendant shall re-enroll into the FVIP within 30 days.
End date 3/7/26. All conditions now special. State vs. Lousia Vania Daughtery – defendant ordered o serve 180 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served beginning 5/8/25. Defendant shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff.
Upon release the defendant shall remain on active supervision unless otherwise ordered by the court. End date 7/25/2026.
All conditions now special.
State vs. Quinton Lamar Johnson – defendant shall serve one year in prison with credit for time served since 2/21/25. Upon release shall return back to regular supervision.
State vs. Brandon Storm Hales – defendant ordered to serve 120 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served since 5/21/2025. Upon release defendant shall re-enroll into the Matrix group. Defendant shall follow all rules and regulations of the group, followed by any recommended treatment and shall remain on active probation supervision until otherwise ordered by the court. End date 4/1/35. All conditions now special.
State vs. Matthew Donald Dyer – defendant ordered to serve 90 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time already served in jail. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. He shall return to probation supervision and complete the Matrix program with the Georgia Department of Community Supervision.
State vs. Deborah Denise Meyer – defendant ordered to enter and successfully complete 12 months inpatient substance abuse treatment at New Beginnings Recovery Home for Women. Defendant shall follow all rules and regulations of program, followed by any recommended treatment.
Upon release, defendant shall remain on active supervision until otherwise ordered by the court. End date 7/13/2027. All conditions now special.
State vs. Deborah Denise Meyer – defendant ordered to enter and successfully complete 12 months inpatient substance abuse treatment at New Beginnings Recovery Home for Women. Defendant shall follow all rules and regulations of program, followed by any recommended treatment.

State vs. Keldrick Tearrelle Rivers – defendant ordered to serve 90 days in the Jones County jail. He shall be released at the sheriff’s discretion. Upon release, defendant shall return to regular probation supervision (two cases, same resolution).
State vs. Douglas Ty Richardson Sr. – defendant ordered to serve 12 months in the Jones County jail. He shall be released at the sheriff’s discretion. Upon release, defendant shall return to regular probation supervision.
State vs. Angel Lee Roberson – defendant adjudged guilty and resentenced to 15 years with credit for time already served and all money paid. Defendant shall enter into Macon DRC following all rules and regulations including any aftercare.
Upon release shall return back to regular supervision.
