PLEAS
State vs. James Bradley Spicer Jr - five years for the offense of burglary in second degree.
Defendant shall remain in the Jones County jail until bed space becomes available at a probation detention center for 120 days.
Serve time begins 6/10/25. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. James Bradley Spicer Jr – 90 days for the offense of simple battery. Credit for time served 5/1/25 & 5/20/25 – 6/10/25.
State vs. Marquis Tremon Williams – 12 months for the offense of possession marijuana less than ounce. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served from 9/29/24 – 9/29/24.
State vs. Marquis Tremon Williams – three years for the offense of entering an automobile. Sentence to be served on probation and to run concurrently with any existing sentences.
State vs. Tyriq Jarquez Palmer – 12 months for the offense of simple battery family violence. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served from 3/29/25 – 4/10/25.
State vs. Justin Kyle Lipko – 12 months for the offense of simple battery family violence.
Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time in custody 4/29/25.
State vs. Donald A Mims – three years for the offense of possession cocaine. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served in custody from 4/19/25 – 6/10/25.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Torey Demarcus Brown – defendant shall serve 30 days in Jones County jail. He shall be released at the sheriff’s discretion.
Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision. He shall also enter in and complete the Matrix program, following all rules and regulations of program.
State vs. Ricky Eugene Young – defendant ordered to serve 30 days in the Jones County jail and shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, defendant ordered to enter into and successfully complete the Macon Day Reporting Center. Defendant shall follow all rules and regulations of the DRC, followed by any recommended treatment. He shall remain on active supervision until otherwise ordered by the court. End date 7/23/27. All conditions now special.
State vs. Lonnie Brown – defendant ordered to serve 60 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served since May 12, 2025 and shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, defendant shall complete the Matrix group. Defendant shall follow all rules and regulations of said group, followed by any recommended treatment. Defendant shall remain on supervision until otherwise ordered by the court. End date 8/11/27. All conditions special conditions.
State vs. Montae Terron Boykins – defendant ordered to serve 90 days in the Jones County jail. Upon his release, the defendant shall be ordered to re-enter the Macon Day Reporting Center. The defendant shall follow all rules and regulations of the DRC, followed by any recommended treatment.
The defendant shall remain on active probation supervision until otherwise ordered by the court. End date 9/19/2033.
All conditions now special.
State vs. Samantha Dawn Duthill – defendant ordered to served 173 days in the probation detention center and shall remain in the Jones County jail until entry into program. Defendant shall follow all rules and regulations of program and PDC time begins 6/10/25. Upon release, she shall remain on active probation supervision until otherwise ordered by the court. All conditions now special.
