PROBATION MODIFICATION PLEAS
State vs. Hope Marie Kearnes – 12 months for the offense of battery. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 6/5/25.
State vs. Hope Marie Kearnes – one year for the offense of possession schedule I controlled substance. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 2/21/25 – 2/22/25. Sentence to run concurrent with existing sentences.
State vs. Jamel Dominque Ross – two years for the offense of financial transaction card fraud. Sentence to be served on probation.
Credit for time served 5/29/25 – 6/26/25.
State vs. Jessica Robin Smith – six months for the offense of criminal trespass. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 6/13/25 – 6/26/25.
State vs. Willie A. Taylor – six months for the offense of possession marijuana less than ounce. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Thomas Earl Buchanan – defendant ordered to remain in the Jones County jail until entry into a state probation detention center where he will serve 90 days. He shall receive credit toward the detention center from 6/26/25. Upon completion, he shall return to probation supervision as previously ordered.
State vs. Shelley Gibbs Carder – defendant released with credit for time served, returned to probation as previously ordered and complete the Matrix Program with the Georgia Department of Community Supervision.
State vs. Cynthia Denise Foley – defendant ordered to enter and successfully complete the Ocmulgee Judicial Circuit ATCC Program. Defendant shall abide by all rules and conditions of program. Defendant is and remains under probation supervision as previously ordered until further order of the court. All conditions now special.
State vs. Trey Jarvis James Hill – defendant must pay all arrears and must serve the balance of his sentence in the Jones County jail.
State vs. William Eugene Hill – credit for time served since 6/20/25. Thirty days suspended upon payment of current balance $556. Upon release, return to original terms of probation.
State vs. Garbriel Kaison Martin – defendant shall serve 30 days in Jones County jail. He shall be released at the sheriff’s discretion.
Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision. He shall also enter and complete the Matrix program, following all rules and regulations of program. All conditions now special.
State vs. Cory Lee Pickett – defendant ordered to remain in the Jones County jail until entry into a state probation detention center where he will serve 180 days.
Upon completion, defendant’s case shall terminate.
