State vs. Pamela Jean Summers – three years for the offense of possession of a schedule II controlled substance. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 2/7/23 – 10/24/25.
State vs. Brian Austin Meeks – 36 days for the offense of theft by taking. Credit for time served from 10/1/25.
State vs. Christopher Michael Cornelius – 6 months for the offense of theft by taking.
Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served from 9/25/25.
State vs. Erica Lynn Clark – three years for the offense of theft by receiving stolen property. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 7/14/25; 7/23/25.

PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Christian Giovanni Rivero – defendant released with credit for time served and return to probation as previously ordered. Upon completion, he shall return to probation supervision and remain on active probation supervision for one year.
State vs. Georgia Marie Emmons – she shall serve 60 days w/CFTS in the Jones County jail, released at discretion of sheriff.
Upon release, return to active probation supervision.
