PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Joshua Michael Dukes – defendant’s balance revoked to the Jones County Jail with credit for time served. Modification shall run concurrent with all existing sentences. The defendant’s case shall terminate court docket number 2024-CR 275.
State vs. Larry Wayne Wood – defendant to serve 33 days in the Jones County Jail with credit for time served. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff.
Upon release, defendant shall return to regular supervision as originally ordered.
Defendant remain on active supervision for two years. Sentence end date 4/11/27.
State vs. Rufus Smith III – defendant ordered to serve 30 days in the Jones County Jail.
He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, defendant shall successfully complete the field matrix program and any aftercare. Sentence end date 4/15/2028.
State vs. Donald A. Mims – defendant shall receive credit for time served since 10/29/25 in the Jones County Jail. Upon release, defendant ordered to complete substance abuse assessment within 30 days of release. Defendant shall return to regular probation supervision. Sentence end date 4/18/28.
State vs. Chauncey J. Hilbert – defendant shall be released with credit for time served and return to probation as previously ordered.
Upon release, within two weeks must comply with mental health medication.
Furthermore, defendant shall enter and complete the VA treatment facility.
State vs. Georgia Marie Emmons – defendant ordered to complete the Macon Daily Reporting Center Program, including any aftercare required by the program. She shall abide by all rules of the program.
Upon completion, she shall return to regular probation supervision and remain on active supervision for the duration of this case. Credit for time served – release today.
State vs. Catlin Joiner – defendant is ordered to serve 60 days in Jones County jail. Credit for time served. She shall be released at the sheriff’s discretion. She shall return to probation supervision and remain on active supervision for the remainder of this case. Complete the Matrix Program with the Georgia Department of Community Supervision.
State vs. Terry Lee Barefoot – defendant shall serve 30 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, he shall return to active probation supervision.
State vs. Jesse James Tidwell – defendant shall be released with credit for time served.
Defendant is ordered to complete the Macon Daily Reporting Center Program to include any aftercare required by the program. He shall abide by all rules of the program. Upon completion, he shall return to regular probation supervision and remain on active probation for two years.
State vs. Cortez Trevon Hunter – defendant ordered to remain in the Jones County Jail until entry into a State Probation Detention Center where he shall serve 60 – 90 days. He shall receive credit toward the detention center time from today’s date. Upon completion, he shall return to probation supervision and remain on active probation for two years.
State vs. Marquis Javius Napier – defendant is ordered to serve 90 days in the Jones County Jail with credit for time already served in jail. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon completion, he shall return to probation supervision as previously ordered.
State vs. Terry Patrick Snyder – defendant ordered to remain in the Jones County Jail until entry into a state probation detention center where he shall serve 100 days. He shall receive credit toward the detention center time from today’s date. Upon completion, he shall return to probation supervision and remain on active probation for two years.
State vs. Michael William Hosea – defendant shall be released with credit for time served and return to probation as previously ordered. Upon completion, defendant shall pay $500 within 30 days of release.
Furthermore, defendant shall remain on active supervision for two years.
State vs. Tyler Rashad Thomas – defendant shall be released with credit for time served and return to probation as previously ordered. Upon completion, he shall return to probation supervision and remain on active probation supervision for one year.
PLEAS
State vs. Steven Webb Ryle – three years for the offense of possession methamphetamine. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served from 9/25/25.
State vs. Jacob Andrew Weathers – three years cts. 1-3: terroristic threats. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 6/26/25 – 11/13/25.
State vs. Joshua Michael Dukes – one year for the offense of possession of schedule I controlled substance. Credit for time served from 9/16/25 – 11/13/25. Defendant shall forfeit any and all items seized.
State vs. Stephen Michael Barton – 12 months for the lesser included offense of theft by receiving stolen property misdemeanor.
Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 2/12/25 and 10/19/25.
State vs. Steven Webb Ryle – 12 months for the offense of possession of drug related objects. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 4/3/25 and 9/25/25.
State vs. Landon Deason – 64 days each ct.
1: criminal trespass and ct. 2: obstruction of officer. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 64 days. Credit for time served 9/12/25 – 11/13/25.
State vs. Joshua Glenn Beasley – 81 days each ct. 1: loitering or prowling, ct. 2: driving while license suspended, ct. 3: failure to register vehicle. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 81 days confinement. Credit for time served from 8/25/25.
State vs. Katrina Marie Loy – 55 days for the offense of criminal trespass. Credit for time served 9/20/25 – 11/13/25.
State vs. Hannah Lee Heaton – 12 months for the lesser included offense of misdemeanor theft by taking. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 10/10/25 – 11/13/25.
