PLEAS
State vs. Gabriel Kaison Martin – five years each cts. 1-2: theft by taking. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served and monies previously paid on sentence.
State vs. Lamarkis Devontay Brown – 53 days to serve for the offense of possession of tobacco or nicotine products by minor. Credit for time served 12/8/25 and 12/19/25 – 3/11/26.
State vs. Eric Alexander Marks – 12 months for the offense of possession marijuana less than ounce. Sentence to be served on probation.
Credit for time served 3/23/25 – 3/25/25.
State vs. Brenda Lee Seabrooks – three years each ct. 1: theft by taking, ct. 2: possession cocaine. Sentence to be served on probation.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Robert Lee Chamblee – defendant shall serve 30 days at the Jones County jail and receive credit for time served. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff.
He shall return to supervision as originally ordered.
State vs. Aaron Scott Keogh – defendant shall serve 60 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff.
Upon release, he shall enroll and successfully complete a substance abuse assessment within two weeks of release and adhere to any recommended aftercare/treatment.
Defendant shall return to regular probation supervision as originally ordered.
State vs. Gabriel Kaison Martin - defendant adjudicated guilty and serve 90 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served.
Defendant must enroll and successfully complete the Kick Start Rehabilitation program. All conditions now special.
State vs. Wesley Powell Gilbert – defendant ordered to pay $1,000 toward restitution and court costs. Once paid, defendant shall be released from Jones County jail and return to active probation supervision.
