PLEAS

State vs. Steven Webb Ryle – three years for the offense of possession of methamphetamine.

Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 3/10/2026 – 4/2/2026.

State vs. Willie Ulas Wylie Jr. – three years for the offense of possession schedule I substance.

Sentence to be served on probation, credit for time served 12/28/25 – 4/2/2026.

PROBATION MODIFICATIONS

State vs. Brandi Nichole Harris – defendant shall be ordered to serve 60 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served since 3/10/26. She shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, she shall return to regular probation supervision. She shall re-enroll in and complete the Matrix program, following all rules and regulations of the program.

State vs. Trina Laschell Bliss – defendant ordered to receive credit for time served and complete the Macon Day Reporting Center program, which includes any aftercare required by the program. She shall abide by all program rules. Upon completion, she shall return to regular probation and remain on active probation until approved by the court. All conditions now special.

State vs. Devonta Brayon Baker – his probation shall be revoked 60 days to the Jones County jail with credit for time already served. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, he shall return to active probation supervision.

State vs. Quentez Aries Harvey – defendant ordered to serve 60 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served since 2/2/2026. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. He shall enroll and complete the Family Violence Intervention Program and Matrix, following all rules and regulations of programs. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision (two cases, same resolution).

State vs. Danny Eugene Johnson – defendant revoked to the Jones County jail until his case expires 5/14/2026.

State vs. Matthew Scott Upshaw III – defendant shall receive credit for time served since 1/12/2026. He shall enter and complete a 12-month substance abuse treatment program at the Rescue Mission, following all rules and regulations of the program. He shall remain in custody until bedspace is available (two cases, same resolution).

State vs. Hunter Gene Kendrick – defendant shall receive credit for time served since 3/3/2026.

He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision. He shall re-enroll in and complete the Matrix program, following all rules and regulations of the program. He shall be required to attend mental health treatment at Rivers Edge within seven days of release.

State vs. Gary Dwayne Lynn – defendant ordered to serve 30 days in the Jones County Jail with credit for time served since 3/9/2026.

He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision. He shall enter and complete the Matrix program, following all rules and regulations of the program. He shall be required to pay $100 minimum per month toward his restitution balance.

State vs. Steven Webb Ryle – defendant ordered to remain in the Jones County jail until entry into a state probation detention center, where he shall serve 120-150 days. He shall receive credit toward the detention center time from 4/2/2026. Upon completion, he shall return to probation supervision as previously ordered and complete the Matrix program with the Georgia Department of Community Supervision. Furthermore, he shall remain on active probation until approved by this court.
