PLEAS

State vs. McKayla Marie Whittington – 12 months for the lesser included offense of obstruction of law enforcement officer misdemeanor.

Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 11/24/25.

State vs. Wesley Crews – two years for the offense of possession of firearm by first offender probationer. Credit for time served 12/21/25 – 4/9/26. Defendant shall forfeit any and all items seized.

State vs. Wesley Crews – five years cts. 1, 3, 4: burglary in second degree, 10 years ct. 2: burglary in first degree, 12 months ct. 5: theft by taking, five years ct. 6: entering an automobile. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 10 years with the first two years served in confinement. Credit toward confinement from 12/21/25. Defendant to receive credit for time served and monies paid previously on sentence.

State vs. Glenn Whisby – 30 days for the offense of criminal trespass. Credit for time serve 3/16/26 – 4/8/26.

State vs. Gregory Keith Janeway – three years for the offense of terroristic threats with the first 90 days served in confinement in the Jones County jail. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served from 2/20/26.

State vs. Terry Lee Barefoot – three years ct. 1: possession methamphetamine, 12 months ct. 2: possession marijuana less than ounce, ct. 3: failure to wear safety belt. Counts to run concurrently for a total of three years with the first 60 days served in confinement.

The remainder of sentence to be served on probation. Credit for confinement time from 3/28/26. Defendant to receive credit for time served and all monies paid previously on sentence.

PROBATION MODIFICATIONS

State vs. Terry Lee Barefoot – defendant adjudicated guilty and shall serve 60 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served in custody.

State vs. Gregory Janeway – defendant adjudicated guilty and shall serve 90 days in the Jones County jail where he shall receive credit for time already served in custody.

Upon release, he shall return to regular probation and enter and complete the Macon Day Reporting center where he shall abide by all rules and regulations of the program followed by completion of any aftercare recommendations.

State vs. Tyler Ahmaud Williams – defendant shall serve 60 days in the Jones County jail. He shall receive credit for time served in custody and upon release shall return to regular probation supervision as originally ordered.

He shall enter into and successfully complete the Macon DRC program.

State vs. Wesley Crews – defendant shall be revoked to the state penal system for two years. He shall receive credit for time in custody since 12/21/25. Upon successful completion, he shall return to regular probation supervision as originally ordered.

Defendant is adjudicated guilty.

State vs. Travis Rutland – defendant shall serve 60 days in the Jones County jail. He shall receive credit for time served in custody and upon release shall return to regular probation supervision as originally ordered. He shall enter into and successfully complete the Macon DRC program.

State vs. Amber Nichole Stephens – defendant revoked to the state penal system for one year. This case shall terminate upon her release from custody. Credit for time served from 2/14/26 (two cases, same resolution).

State vs. Michael Lance Fowler – defendant revoked 120 days to the Jones County jail with credit for time served. He shall be released at the discretion of the Sheriff. Upon release, he shall successfully enroll and complete an anger management course.

State vs. Bryan Javon McElroy – defendant shall serve 30 days in the Jones County jail and receive credit for time served. Upon his release, the defendant shall return to regular probation supervision as originally ordered.

State vs. Billy A. West – defendant shall receive credit for time served in custody from 2/27/26. Upon his release, defendant shall return to regular probation supervision as originally ordered.

State vs. LaDavian Montrell Ross – defendant shall serve two years in the Jones County jail. He shall receive credit for time served in custody and upon successful completion return to regular probation supervision as originally ordered.

State vs. John Andrew Minshew – defendant shall enter and successfully complete a THOR or DCS approved inpatient treatment program for no less than 12 months. He shall abide by all rules and regulations of the program and shall comply with all after care requirements. Upon successful completion, he shall return to regular probation supervision as originally ordered.
