PLEAS
State vs. Ronnie Levell Williams – 12 months each ct. 1: DUI and ct. 2: driving while license suspended. Sentences to run concurrently for a total of 12 months with the first 72 hours served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 10/14/2025 – 10/15/2025.
State vs. William Durrell Addison – 12 months for the offense of DUI with the first 72 hours served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 3/4/2026 – 3/26/2026.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Jesse James Tidwell – defendant revoked to a probation detention center for 180 days where he shall abide by all rules and regulations of the program. Upon successful completion and release, his case shall terminate.
State vs. Melissa Sharon Stinson-Foster – defendant shall serve 30 days in the Jones County jail where she shall abide by all rules and regulations. She shall receive credit for time served. Upon release at the discretion of the sheriff, return to regular probation supervision, enter and attend the Macon Day Reporting Center program.
State vs. Altermest Casunia Choates – defendant ordered to serve 90 days in a probation detention center following all rules and regulations of the program. Upon release, she shall return to regular probation supervision.
Further, she shall enter and complete the Macon Day Reporting Center following all rules and regulations of program, including any aftercare.
State vs. Markecia Shante Smith – defendant shall serve 30 days in the Jones County jail where she shall abide by all rules and regulations. She shall receive credit for time served in custody and shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, she shall return to regular probation as originally ordered.
State vs. Derrick Javon Wells – defendant ordered to serve 40 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served since 3/8/26.
He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision.
State vs. Wesley Brian Dubose – defendant shall serve 90 days in the Jones County jail where he shall abide by all rules and regulations.
He shall receive credit for time served in custody and released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation as originally ordered.
State vs. James David Vaughn – defendant shall serve 100 days in the Jones County jail where he shall abide by all rules and regulations. He shall receive credit for time served in custody and shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation as originally ordered (two cases, same resolution).
State vs. Pedro David Trejo – defendant ordered to 95 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served since 1/6/26. He shall be released at the sheriff’s discretion. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision.
State vs. Michael Alan McFadden – defendant ordered to serve 100 days in a probation detention center following all rules and regulations of program. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision.
Detention center time starts 4/16/26.
State vs. James Keith Wesley – defendant shall serve 60 days in the Jones County jail where he shall abide by all rules and regulations. He shall receive credit for time served in custody and shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation as originally ordered and shall enter and complete Matrix.
State vs. Kelly Edward Cleary Sr. – defendant shall serve 45 days I the Jones County jail where he shall abide by all rules and regulations. He shall receive credit for time served in custody and shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation as originally ordered and shall enter and complete a family violence intervention program and the DRC program. All conditions are now special.
State vs. Gregory Janeway – defendant adjudicated guilty and shall serve 90 days in the Jones County jail where he shall receive credit for time already in custody.
Upon release, he shall return to regular probation and enter and complete the Day Reporting Center where he shall abide by all rules and regulations of the program followed by completion of any aftercare recommendations.
