PLEAS
State vs. Jessie Lee Darley – 37 days for the offense of criminal trespass family violence.
Credit for time served 3/24/26 – 4/30/26.
State vs. Christopher Ryan Yates – 60 days for the offense of terroristic threats. Credit for time served 3/14/26 – 4/30/26.
State vs. Jamar Jamell Sandifer – 20 days for the offense of possession marijuana less than ounce. Credit for time served 10/3/23 and 4/15/26 – 4/30/26.
State vs. Devin Ray Baker – three years for the offense of terroristic threats. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 3/27/26 – 4/30/26.
State vs. Tariq Tristan Bennett – 12 months for the offense of possession marijuana less than ounce. Sentence to be served on probation.
Credit for time served credit for time served 1/9/26 – 4/30/26.
State vs. Christopher Lee Avery Jr. – 90 days each ct. 1: obstruction of officers, ct. 2: lesser included offense of reckless driving. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 90 days.
State vs. Andy Lyn Phillips – 12 months each cts.
1-2: forgery in fourth degree. Counts to run consecutively for a total of 24 months. Credit for time served 10/9/25 – 4/30/26.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Austin Ryan Walker – defendant shall receive credit for time served in custody.
Upon release, shall return to and complete the 12-month inpatient treatment program at We Are Living Proof where he shall abide by all rules and regulations of the program and shall successfully complete the program to include any aftercare requirements. Upon successful completion, he shall return to regular probation supervision and remain on active supervision. Upon release, he shall immediately return to We are Living Proof in Hall County.
State vs. Christopher Ryan Yates – defendant shall serve 60 days in the Jones County jail where he shall receive credit for time served in custody and released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision as originally ordered and remain on active supervision until otherwise ordered by the court.
State vs. Erica Lynn Clark – defendant shall enter and complete the 12-month inpatient treatment program at The Addiction Recovery Center where she shall abide by all rules and regulations of the program and successfully complete the program to include any aftercare requirements. Upon completion, she shall return to regular probation supervision and remain on active supervision. She shall remain in the Jones County jail until bedspace is available and she shall directly report to the treatment facility upon her release (two cases, same resolution).
State vs. Wilbur Franklin Walton Jr. – defendant shall enter and complete a minimum 12-month inpatient program at New Beginnings where he shall abide by all rules and regulations of the program and successfully complete the program to include any aftercare requirements. Upon successful completion, he shall return to regular probation supervision as originally ordered and remain on active supervision.
State vs. Robert Ashley Sconyers – defendant shall have his remaining balance revoked to the Jones County jail. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff.
State vs. Cody Blake McKinney – defendant shall receive 30 days in the Jones County jail, receiving credit for time served since 4/15/26.
He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. He shall attend 2 AA meetings per week for six months. He shall remain on active probation supervision until further order of the court.
