State vs. Kelly Edward Cleary Sr. – 15 years for the offense of aggravated assault with the first 60 days served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served from 5/1/26. Defendant to receive credit for time served and monies paid previously on this sentence.
State vs. Jason Richard Terrell – three years ct. 1: possession methamphetamine, five years ct.
2: theft by taking. Counts to run concurrently for a total of five years. Sentence to be served on probation, credit for time served 4/14/26 – 6/18/26.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Brandon James Morton – defendant revoked to state penal system for three years. Upon release, the balance on probation shall be terminated. Sentence end date 12/3/2030. Credit for time served from 10/24/25.
State vs. Henry Thomas Redd – defendant ordered to serve 120 days in a probation detention center following all rules and regulations of the facility. Upon service of the 120 days, he must immediately report to the VA for an evaluation and follow any recommended treatment. Credit for time starts 6/18/26. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision.
State vs. Kelly Edward Cleary Sr. – defendant adjudicated guilty and resentenced to 15 years with the first 60 days served in confinement. He shall receive credit for time served since 5/1/26. He shall also receive credit for time already served and monies paid. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision.
State vs. Ashley Jean Evans – she shall receive credit for time served on probation and all monies paid. Upon release, she shall return to regular probation supervision. Further she shall enter and complete the Matrix program, following all rules and regulations of program. State vs. Bryan Latroy Pitts – defendant ordered to enter and complete the Lotus Recovery Program, a program approved by the Georgia Department of Community Supervision. He shall follow all rules and regulations of the program, including any aftercare deemed necessary. He shall remain in custody until bedspace becomes available. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision (2 cases, same resolution).
