State vs. Tavious Brandon Glover - 12 months for the offense of hit and run. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 9/30/25 - 10/2/25 and 7/19/26 - 7/23/26.
State vs. Shamica Shanta Burney - one year ct. 1: fleeing or attempting to elude police officer felony, 12 months each ct. 3: possession drug related objects, ct. 4: failure to maintain lane, ct. 6: duty upon striking unattended vehicle. Counts to run consecutively for a total of four years with the first 12 months served in confinement at the Jones County jail. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 4/1/26 7/23/26.
State vs. Peggy Danielle Wesson - three years for the offense of possession of cocaine.
Defendant is currently in custody at the Jones County jail. She shall serve 90 days in the Jones County jail (credit toward confinement time since 7/2/26). Upon release, probation shall terminate).
