State vs. Tapeeka Loraine Thompson – 3 years for the lesser included offense of use of a telecommunication device. Sentence to be served on probation.
PROBATION REVOCATION/MODIFICATION
State vs. Aaron Michael Gaultney – defendant shall receive time served in the Jones County jail. Upon completion, defendant shall return to regular probation supervision.
The defendant is also ordered to enter and complete the Matrix and MRT class.
Defendant is also ordered to complete a mental health evaluation and complete all recommended treatment.
State vs. James David Vaughn – defendant is revoked to 24 months at the Jones County jail. Credit for time served and released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, defendant shall return to active probation supervision.
