PLEAS
State vs. Tommy Merlin Ledford – five years for the offense of terroristic threats. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Tyrone Slater Hitchcock – 25 years ct. 2: trafficking methamphetamine or amphetamine, five years ct. 3: possession of firearm during commission of a felony, 10 years ct. 4: possession of firearm by convicted felon. Count 3 to run consecutively to count 2, count 4 to run concurrently to count 2 and count 2 to run concurrently to any existing sentences for a total of 30 years with the first 15 years to be served in confinement and the remainder to be served on probation.
State vs. Melissa Lee Pinson – five years for the offense of theft by taking felony. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Shawn Allen Grant – 12 months for the offense of theft by taking. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Veontray Antonio Myrick – five years for the offense of battery, family violence.
Sentence to run concurrently with any existing sentences for a total of five years with the first 90 days to be served in confinement and the remainder to be served on probation. Credit for time served from 9/30/2022.
PROBATION REVOCATION/MODIFICATION State vs. John Wesley Arnold – defendant is ordered to serve 120 days in the probation detention center. The defendant shall remain in the Jones County jail until entry into the facility. Upon completion, the defendant shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered and must remain on active probation supervision for two years.
State vs. Steven Christopher Hill – defendant shall enter and complete the Macon DRC and all aftercare required. Defendant must abide by all rules and regulations of the program. Upon successful completion, defendant shall return to regular active probation supervision.
State vs. Rebecca Danielle Register – defendant is ordered to enter into and successfully complete the Macon Day Reporting Center, followed by any aftercare. The defendant shall abide by all rules and regulations of said program. Upon completion, the defendant must remain on probation supervision for two years.
State vs. Willie Carlton Reynolds – defendant is ordered to remain in the Jones County jail until his entry into a State Probation Detention Center where he shall serve 180 days. Upon completion, he shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered.
He shall receive credit for the time in detention center from today’s date. He shall remain on active probation supervision for the remainder of this probation case.
