PLEAS
State vs. Antonzio Quentez Anthony – 10 years each ct. 1-2: theft by shoplifting.
Count 1 to run concurrently with any existing sentences for a total of 10 years with the first two years to be served in confinement and the remainder to be served on probation. Credit for time served in custody from 6/1/22.
State vs. Stephen La – 10 years ct. 2: theft by receiving stolen property, five years ct. 3: theft by receiving stolen property.
Count 3 to run concurrently to count 2.
Count 2 to run concurrently with any existing sentences for a total of 10 years with the first two years to be served in confinement and the remainder to be served on probation. Credit for time served in custody from 3/3/22.
State vs. Keith Alex Beach – five years for the offense of possession of firearm by convicted felon. Count to run concurrently with any existing sentences for a total of five years with the first 90 days to be served in confinement and the remainder to be served on probation. Credit for time served in custody from 11/21/22.
State vs. Jacquellne Nicole Aiello – five years ct. 7: fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, 15 years ct. 11: aggravated assault, and 10 years ct. 17: possession of firearm by convicted felon. Count 11 to run consecutively to count 7, but concurrently to count 17. Count 17 to run consecutively to count 7, but concurrently to count 11 for a total of 20 years to serve in prison. Credit for time served in custody from 9/5/21.
PROBATION REVOCATIONS/MODIFICATIONS State vs. Clyde Dupree – defendant is ordered to serve 180 days in the Jones County Jail, no credit for time served.
Upon completion, the defendant is ordered to complete a substance abuse evaluation and remain on active probation supervision for two years. All conditions are herein made special.
State vs. Caleb Alexander Griffin – defendant is ordered to serve 180 days in the Jones County Jail. Release at the discretion of the sheriff. Credit for time served. Upon release, the defendant is ordered to return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered.
State vs. Halie Brooke Jones – defendant is ordered to enter into and successfully complete the Ocmulgee Judicial Circuit ATCC Program. Defendant shall abide by all rules and conditions of said program.
The defendant is and remains under probation supervision as previously ordered until further order of this court.
State vs. Preston Scott Baggett – defendant is ordered to serve 120 days in the Jones County Jail, no credit for time served.
Upon completion, the defendant is ordered to complete the Matrix Group.
The defendant’s conditions are herein made special.
