State vs. Neila Danielle Lavender – three years for the offense of criminal damage to property in second degree. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Christopher Lee Sorensen – 20 years ct. 1: sexual exploitation of children, 10 years ct. 2: sexual exploitation of children, 20 years each cts. 3-8: sexual exploitation of children, 10 years ct. 9: possession firearm by convicted felon. Count 2 to run consecutively with count 1 but all other counts to run concurrently for a total of 30 years with the first 12 years served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Ebony Jeriah Pope – five years for the offense of criminal damage to property in the second degree. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Kensley Faith Mander – five years ct.
1: cruelty to children in the second degree, two years ct. 2: cruelty to children in the second degree, 12 months ct. 3: possession marijuana less than ounce. Counts 1 & 2 to run consecutively and concurrently with count 3 for a total of seven years with the first 90 days served in the Jones County jail. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Brandon James Morton – 10 years each ct. 1: burglary in first degree, ct. 2: arson in first degree, five years ct. 3: criminal damage to property in second degree. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 10 years with the first 3 years served in confinement.
The remainder of sentence to be served on probation. Defendant to receive credit for time served in custody from Dec. 3, 2020.

State vs. Heather Kay Thomas – 10 years for the offense of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute.
State vs Tracy Lamar Tipton – three years for the offense of possession of cocaine. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Stephen Cole Smith – two years for the offense of terroristic threats. Defendant to receive credit from time served in custody from May 27, 2022.
State vs. Jaren Lee Watson – 12 months for the offense of possession of marijuana less than an ounce. Sentence to be served on probation.
PROBATION REVOCATIONS/MODIFICATIONS State vs. Judy Wood – defendant shall be revoked to 180 days in a probation detention center. She shall remain in the Jones County jail until space is available. She shall receive credit toward time from Feb. 16. Upon successful completion, she shall return to regular probation supervision. All conditions of probation are now special.
State vs. Jarvis Antwan Todd – defendant is ordered to serve 90 days in the Jones County jail. Upon completion, defendant is ordered to return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered. Credit for time served, released at the discretion of the sheriff.
State vs. Dara Yvonne Johnson – defendant is ordered to enter Middle Georgia Rescue where she must remain for a minimum of 12 months. The defendant shall follow all rules and regulations of said program. Upon completion, the defendant is ordered to return to active probation supervision. The defendant shall remain in the Jones County jail until her entry into said program.
State vs. Larry Donnell Pitts – defendant shall be revoked 180 days in a probation detention center where he shall abide by all rules and regulations of the facility. He shall remain in the Jones County jail until bed space is available. Upon successful completion he shall return to regular probation supervision as ordered.
State vs. Chad Michael Fountain – defendant shall be ordered to the probation detention center for 120 days. Upon successful completion, defendant shall return to regular probation supervision.
State vs. Rita Faye Brown – defendant shall enter and complete the Macon Day Reporting Center and all aftercare required. Upon completion, defendant shall return to active probation supervision.
State vs. Wendall Frason Irving – defendant shall enter and complete the Macon Day Reporting Center and all aftercare required.
Upon completion, the defendant shall return to active probation supervision.
State vs. Gregory Lloyd Madden – defendant is ordered to served 120 days in the probation detention center. The defendant shall remain in the Jones County jail until his entry into said program. Upon release, defendant is ordered to remain on active probation supervision for the remainder of his probation sentence.
