State vs. Bruce Carlton Paul Jr. – 15 years ct. 1: lesser included offense of possession of a schedule I controlled substance with intent to distribute, three years ct. 2: lesser included offense of possession methamphetamine.
Counts to run concurrently for a total of 15 years with the first five years served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Michael Roy Sapp – 30 years for the lesser included offense of trafficking methamphetamine tier 2. Count to run concurrently with any existing sentences for a total of 30 years with the first 15 years to be served in confinement and the remainder on probation.
State vs. Joseph Lee Griner – three years for the offense of possession methamphetamine.

PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. William Bernard Mercer – defendant shall enter and complete long term inpatient treatment for substance abuse at a THOR approved facility for no less than six months.
He shall remain in the Jones County jail until bed space is available. Probationer shall abide by all of the conditions of his probation.
State vs. Tiffany Lorraine Robinson – defendant shall serve 60 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served. Defendant shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon completion, defendant shall return to regular probation supervision.
