State vs. Larry Merle Brawner – three years for the offense of possession methamphetamine.
Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Destinee Angel Askey – one year for the offense of possession of a controlled substance.
Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Jonathan Charles Hill – 12 months for the offense of simple battery. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Brandy Nichole Hinson – 12 months each cts.
1-2: lesser included offense of criminal trespass.
Counts to run consecutively for a total of 24 months. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Hunter Luke Johnson – 12 months each ct. 1: battery family violence, ct. 2: simple battery family violence. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 12 months. Sentence to be served on probation.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Daniel Butler – defendant ordered to 180 days in the state probation detention center. Credit for time served begins 5/11/23. Upon completion, defendant shall return to active probation supervision for two years.
State vs. Tevin Devontay Harvey – 18 months confinement. Defendant to receive credit for time served since 2/20/23. Confinement time may be served in the Troup County work release program.
Defendant shall return to regular probation supervision upon release.
