PLEAS

State vs. Michael Lance Fowler – 12 months for the offense of harassing communications.

Sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Frederick Lyman Rahn - 10 years ct. 1: aggravated assault, five years each cts. 2-4: theft by receiving stolen property, 12 months each cts. 5-6: theft of services. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 10 years with the first 180 days served in confinement.

The remainder of sentence to be served on probation.

PROBATION MODIFICATIONS

State vs. Raymond Madison Britt - defendant revoked 90 days to the Jones County jail.

Credit for time served at the discretion of the sheriff. Defendant shall remain on active probation supervision for the remainder of his sentence.

State vs. Dara Yvonne Johnson – defendant is sentenced to time served. Defendant must go to River Edge within seven days of release and be evaluated. She must comply with all recommendations from her evaluation.

She must report to court on June 22 unless she provides a copy of her evaluation and all treatment she has done at River Edge.

Defendant is also required to find and keep employment. New end date for probation 9/26/26.

State vs. Christopher Mark Bilow – defendant is sentenced to time already served. Defendant shall keep working, shall attend two NA/AA meetings a week and attend outpatient drug treatment at River Edge. Defendant shall remain on active probation supervision for the remainder of probation. New end date for probation is 8/10/24.

State vs. Cody McKinney – defendant shall be ordered to enter and complete a 12-month residential treatment program approved by the Georgia Department of Community Supervision. He shall abide by all rules and regulations of the program as well as complete any aftercare recommended. He shall return to regular probation supervision.

Defendant shall remain in custody until acceptance into a treatment program. He shall remain on active probation supervision for two years.

State vs. Joseph Derek Ross Dudley – defendant is ordered to enter into and successfully complete the Macon Rescue Mission for a minimum of 12 months. Defendant shall remain in Jones County jail until entry into said program. Defendant shall abide by all rules and regulations of program. Upon release, the defendant shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered until the termination of his supervision 11/17/24.

State vs. Quatavious M. Jacobs – defendant is ordered to serve 180 days in the Jones County jail, credit for time served starting 2/15/23.

Release at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, defendant shall return to active probation supervision for two years.

State vs. Walter Holmes – defendant is ordered to remain in the Jones County jail until entry into a State Probation Detention Center where he will serve 180 days. He shall receive credit toward the detention center time from 6/1/23. Upon completion, he shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered.

State vs. Marvin Curtis Harrison – defendant to serve 12 months in the Jones County jail, credit for time served starting 3/29/23. Upon release, defendant’s balance shall terminate.

State vs. Michael Lance Fowler – defendant is ordered to remain in the Jones County jail until entry into a state probation detention center where he will serve 150 days. He shall receive credit toward the detention center time from 6/1/23. Upon completion, he shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered and remain on active supervision for two years.
