PLEAS
State vs. Janell Elizabeth Mayberry – 12 months for the lesser included offense of possession of drug related objects. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Darrell Greg Winn Sr. – three years for the offense of possession of methamphetamine. Sentence to be served on probation.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Robert Alan Watts – defendant is ordered to serve 180 days in the Jones County jail, credit for time already served. The defendant shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, the defendant shall complete the Matrix Group and return to active probation supervision for two years.
State vs. Susan Stephens Willis – defendant is ordered to serve 90 days in the Jones County jail, credit for time served and released at the discretion of the sheriff. She shall also attended the Macon Day Reporting Center and return to active probation supervision.
State vs. Taylor Jeanelle Varnom – defendant shall be ordered to time served. She shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff.
Defendant shall also enter into an outpatient treatment program approved by the Georgia Department of Community Supervision, and attend at least two AA or NA meetings per week.
